Hi, I’m Lee.

I joke that it’s because my mother was a mime (she was!) but I’d shrink or go silent under pressure. I knew my inability to express myself was holding me back but I didn’t know what to do about it.

I’ve spent ten years helping thousands of compassionate communicators be comfortably confident by combining tools from systems thinking, storytelling, and neuropsychology to create structure in spontaneous moments.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Schedule a free consultation where we’ll get to know each other and make a plan together. You can do coaching privately, in my group program, or you can do a combo of both group and private coaching.

  2. Once you sign up, you’ll complete an intake form where I design our sessions to meet your goals.

  3. In our sessions on Zoom, I handcraft personalized, practical tools from neuropsychology, breathwork, and storytelling to use in your upcoming meetings, conversations, presentations, and interviews.

  4. Between our sessions, I send you a roadmap and recap and you’re welcome to be in touch as you integrate the tools.

  5. You’ll walk away from our time together with a customized combination of tools to be activated in your daily conversations, meetings, interviews, and presentations.
