CounterCulture is a dynamic program designed in collaboration with leadership to amplify voices at all levels of the organization. Devoting one day a week onsite, I facilitate trainings for individuals and groups to instill a shared organizational language of clear communication and a culture of confident leadership. Together, we transform miscommunication and misunderstanding into efficiency, productivity, and engagement.
